Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive Home Loan business through field sales activities. The role involves sourcing new customers, building relationships with channel partners, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan leads through field visits, referrals, and market activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers and explain Home Loan products and eligibility criteria.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain portfolio quality.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Banking Sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of Home Loan products and local market dynamics is preferred.
