Multi Skill Technician

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) – HVAC to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HVAC and facility systems. The role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of VRF/VRV systems, air-conditioning equipment, and associated facility infrastructure. The incumbent will ensure optimal system performance, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient facility operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV units, split ACs, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Attend and resolve HVAC-related service requests within defined SLAs.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment, controls, piping, and associated components.
• Support operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including LT panels, UPS systems, and DG sets as required.
• Maintain facility equipment such as water pumps, fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV, and public address systems.
• Record daily maintenance activities, equipment readings, and service reports in logbooks.
• Assist in planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for specialized maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives through proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within plant rooms and equipment areas.
