Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Contact prospective customers through calls and direct meetings.
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
• Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.

• Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
