Urgent Hiring – Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily bookkeeping and records maintainance
  • Customers payment follow-up
  • Orders and delivery status regular follow-up
  • Excel reports, entries and data management
  • Accounts, sales and dispatch team coordination
  • Documents, invoices and customer records keeping

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge is most important
  • Basic bookkeeping understanding
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Accuracy and record-keeping should be strong
