Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products to individual and business customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer financial needs, explaining loan options, and assisting clients throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new customers for personal, business, home, vehicle, or other loan products.
• Meet prospective clients through field visits, referrals, and networking activities.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records in the CRM system.
