Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong Electrical Engineering background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate should possess excellent communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable electrical product and technical solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and review quotations, technical documents, proposals, and project updates.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify business opportunities.
- Support customers with product specifications, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records, project status, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Assist in contract discussions, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Visit customer sites whenever required for meetings, inspections, or issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions, complaints, and business performance.
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering).
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Technical Sales, or Customer Support in the electrical industry.
- Experience in handling industrial, commercial, or infrastructure customers is preferred.
