About IDE Autoworks

IDE Autoworks is the retail and premium wraps arm of Focus Auto Designworks Pvt. Ltd. — a 13+ year old, ISO-certified, Authorised 3M Converter that also runs India's leading fleet branding vertical (IDE Commercial), working with names like Uber, Rapido, Tata Power, and DMRC. Autoworks is where that same design-led philosophy meets premium car wraps, PPF, and retail customers who want their car to look like nothing else on the road.

We're not a wrap shop with a camera. Every install is a story — colour change, before/after, design process, client reaction. We need someone who can capture that daily and turn it into content that actually builds the brand.

What you'll own

• Daily content capture and posting across Instagram, and other relevant platforms for IDE Autoworks
• Shooting and editing install reels, before/after transformations, and reveal content at the Gurugram studio
• Managing a weekly content calendar — no gaps, no last-minute scrambles
• Writing captions that sound like a car-obsessed brand, not a generic automotive page
• Tracking what's working (saves, shares, reach) and doubling down on it
• Coordinating with the install team to catch the right moments — the best content happens on the floor, not in a studio setup

Who we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Media, or related field
• Genuinely into cars, design, or visual storytelling — this shows in your own reels/page if you have one
• Comfortable shooting and rough-editing on a phone (Reels, CapCut, InShot — whatever gets it done fast)
• Sharp eye for what looks premium vs. what looks amateur — we care about the difference
• Self-starter who can be handed "cover today's installs" and just run with it
• Available for daily on-site work at our Sector 27, Gurugram studio

Good to have (not mandatory)

• Basic Canva or Adobe skills for static posts
• Understanding of Instagram trends/audio in the auto or lifestyle space
• Own DSLR/gimbal (not required, but a plus)
