Position: Sweets Counter Salesman
Location: Gokul Sweets, lord sinha road
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sweets Counter Salesman to manage our sweets counter, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the sweets counter
- Take orders, pack sweets, and handle billing/cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of the counter
- Recommend products and handle customer queries or complaints politely
- Ensure freshness and quality standards are maintained
- Handle festive/seasonal rush and bulk orders efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum [10th/12th pass] or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail/sweets shop preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work during peak hours/festivals
- Honest, punctual, and well-groomed
Working Hours: 8 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week]
