Scrap Collection Executive

Identify and develop scrap collection opportunities from hotels, restaurants, caterers, and

commercial establishments.

• Coordinate with existing ECOIL customers for regular scrap collection and procurement

activities.

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard potential scrap suppliers.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely collections.

• Negotiate rates and quantities of scrap procurement as per company guidelines.

• Monitor collection volumes and achieve monthly collection targets.

• Maintain collection records, customer databases, and daily activity reports.

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth pickup and

transportation.

Conduct market surveys and provide competitor insights to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the scrap, recycling, waste management, or related

industry.

• Strong network within the local scrap market of Punjab.

• Experience in dealing with hotels, restaurants, commercial establishments, and scrap

vendors.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

• Local candidate from Punjab preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in metal scrap, plastic scrap, cardboard, used cooking oil, or waste collection

industries.

• Prior field sales or procurement experience in the recycling sector.
