Job Description – Counter Sales Executive (Kent RO Water Purifier)

Position: Counter Sales Executive / In-Shop Promoter

Industry: Water Purifier / Consumer Durables / Retail Sales

Location: Retail Showroom / Electronics Store

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand their water purification requirements.

Explain Kent RO water purifier features, benefits, and product specifications.

Demonstrate products and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom sales.

Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into buyers.

Maintain product displays, branding materials, and showroom cleanliness.

Coordinate with the installation and service team for customer support.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle inquiries, objections, and after-sales follow-ups.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Retail/Counter sales experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of water purifiers or home appliances.

Customer-focused approach.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Basic computer and reporting skills.

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.

Experience in Water Purifier, Electronics, Home Appliances, Mobile, or Consumer Durable sales is an advantage.
