Job Description

Hiring: Team Leader – Rider Operations (Bike Rental) Company: HCD India (Two-Wheeler Rental Company)

We are looking for a team leader to manage rider operations, provide rider support, and ensure smooth daily rental activities.

  • Key Responsibilities: Ensure daily rental payments are collected on time.
  • Provide support to riders and resolve their operational issues.
  • Recruit and onboard new riders for bike rentals.
  • Manage rider attendance and daily performance.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and recoveries.
  • Maintain good relationships with riders and customers.
