Job Description
Job Summary
The Google Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising all Google Ads campaigns for Indian Art Villa — including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Google My Business. The role targets a minimum actual ROAS of 7x (website-verified) and drives revenue growth through disciplined campaign management and data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube advertising campaigns
- Achieve a minimum actual ROAS of 7x as measured against website-verified revenue — NOT Google platform ROAS
- Maintain Shopping feed errors below 2% at all times through regular feed audits and corrections
- Ensure Google My Business (GMB) profile is 100% complete and regularly updated
- Add a minimum of 20 negative keywords every month across all active campaigns
- Plan and launch seasonal campaigns a minimum of 4 weeks ahead of key dates
- Submit a monthly platform vs actual ROAS comparison report to the MD
- Coordinate SEO strategy with the content and web team
- Conduct regular campaign audits and optimise bid strategies for maximum performance
- Manage Performance Max campaigns and optimise asset groups for target ROAS
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads — Search, Shopping, and PMax preferred
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Shopping feeds
- Proven track record of achieving ROAS targets in a product-based business
- Experience with Google My Business management and local SEO
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data and reporting
