Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and software development. The role involves working closely with different departments to build AI-powered applications, automate workflows, and integrate AI into existing business systems. In this role you will help build and operate a live, production financial-services platform — a mobile-first app spanning lending, savings, payments, and locker services — using modern AI development tools to deliver features end-to-end, from backend APIs and third-party integrations to web and mobile front ends.

KeyResponsibilities

●    Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

●    Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

●    Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation tools.

●    Create REST APIs and integrate AI services with web and mobile applications.

●    Fine-tune AI models where required and optimize prompts for better performance.

●    Collaborate with software developers, business teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

●    Monitor AI application performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

●    Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and user documentation.

●    Use AI coding assistants and agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to design, build, review, and ship production features end-to-end.

●    Develop and maintain full-stack applications — Node.js / Express back ends, JavaScript single-page front ends, SQL databases, and REST APIs.

●    Integrate third-party fintech and identity services: payment gateways (UPI AutoPay, eNACH / NACH mandates), KYC and Aadhaar / DigiLocker verification, e-Sign, and credit bureaus (CIBIL / CRIF).

●    Build and maintain Android and iOS mobile applications and push-notification delivery.

●    Automate financial and operational workflows — recurring auto-debits, payment reconciliation, notifications, and document / PDF generation.

●    Deploy, monitor, and operate services on cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2), including release management and production support.

●    Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and company standards.
