Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Back Office Operations)

Industry: EdTech

Location: Cuffe Parade, Colaba, Mumbai – 400005

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to schools and generate leads.
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Coordinate school visits and manage logistics.
  • Prepare and send proposals, agreements, and contracts.
  • Collect feedback from schools and maintain records.
  • Track book/material orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide operational and administrative support.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
