Job Description
মাস্টার ডাইয়ার (কাপড় রং করার অভিজ্ঞ কারিগর) নিয়োগ চলছে
কাজের দায়িত্ব:
সুতি, সিল্ক, লিনেন ও অন্যান্য হ্যান্ডলুম কাপড়ে ডাইং (রং) করতে হবে।
Natural ও Chemical Dye – উভয় ধরনের ডাইং-এর কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
রঙের শেড, কোয়ালিটি ও ফিনিশ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
সম্পূর্ণ Dyeing Process ও Quality Control-এর দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নতুন রঙের স্যাম্পল তৈরি করতে হবে।
যোগ্যতা:
কাপড় ডাইং-এর কাজে কমপক্ষে ৩–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
রঙের মিশ্রণ (Colour Mixing) ও Dyeing Technique সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Handloom বা Heritage Textile-এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
দায়িত্বশীল, পরিশ্রমী ও সময়মতো কাজ সম্পন্ন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
