• Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and customers regarding education loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into successful applications.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Education Loan Sales, BFSI Sales, or Customer Service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( Hindi )
