Position: Toll Operator

Department: Airport Parking Operations

Location: Cochin International Airport (CIAL), Kochi

Job Summary

The Toll Operator is responsible for managing vehicle entry and exit transactions at the airport parking facility, collecting parking fees, issuing tickets, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring smooth traffic flow while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect parking fees from vehicles entering or exiting the parking facility.
• Issue parking tickets and receipts accurately.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Ensure smooth vehicle movement through toll lanes.
• Verify parking tickets and resolve basic customer queries.
• Balance cash collections and submit reports at the end of each shift.
• Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle cash and digital transactions.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Freshers may apply.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak traffic hours.

Working Conditions

• Rotational shift duties, including weekends and holidays.
