Sales and Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are setting up a new training school in, Pune, preparing candidates for apprenticeships and careers in Germany ("German Pathway"). We are looking for an energetic sales and marketing person to find and enroll new candidates and manage our social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and cold emailing to identify and acquire new candidates interested in the German Pathway program
• Conduct informational calls/meetings with prospective candidates and their families, explaining the program and answering questions
• Plan, create, and control advertising on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to generate candidate leads
• Handle ongoing support for enrolled candidates and maintain relationships throughout the enrollment process
• Coordinate with school leadership on candidate targets and enrollment timelines
• Track and report on lead generation and conversion (inquiries → enrollments)

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling / cold emailing / lead generation
• Experience managing social media advertising (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Comfortable explaining a premium, high-value program to prospective candidates and parents
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage own schedule
