Job Description – Digital Marketing SpecialistPosition: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, campaign optimization expertise, and a proven track record of generating quality leads while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of advertising spend.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing assets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates.
- Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of keyword planning, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Experience in campaign budgeting, bid strategies, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, Meta Conversion API, and Google Conversion Tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Experience2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns for Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, EdTech, or Service-based industries is preferred.
