Secondary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary School Teacher to join our academic team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering subject-specific lessons to students from Classes 5 to 10, as per SSC board guidelines.

🎓 Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Create and implement unit plans, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and active learning in students.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Conduct periodic tests, evaluate student progress, and maintain academic records.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians during PTMs and provide academic feedback.
• Contribute to school events, academic planning, and extracurricular activities.
• Integrate technology and modern teaching tools wherever possible.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Subject-specific qualification (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. for Science, B.A./M.A. for English).
• Minimum [0–2] years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Fluency in English (and other languages as needed, e.g., Marathi/Hindi).
