Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team at Mecon Technology — a leading CNC machine manufacturer. The ideal candidate will handle incoming inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia, contact potential clients, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other platforms.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain CNC machine products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate call and lead records.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and order processing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidate RequirementsAge: 18 – 45 years
• Gender: Both genders allowed
• Education: 12th Pass
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
