Job Description
· Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
· Maintain optimum inventory levels
· Reduce procurement and operational costs
· Develop reliable vendor and supplier networks
· Ensure quality standards of purchased items
· Avoid delays in production or operations due to shortages
· Negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms
· Maintain accurate purchase records and compliance
· Support organizational profitability through effective purchasing strategies
· Prepare purchase order
· Order management and coordination
· Prepare MIS reports on purchase activity
