Job Description
We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waiter to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests politely.
Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
Take customer orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Check on guests during their meal and address their needs.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
Prepare bills and process payments (if required).
Follow hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic English knowledge is an advantage.
