Business Development Executive

About the role:

Lokseva Decor Company, a 30-year-old ISO 9001:2015 certified structural repair, waterproofing, and building restoration contractor based in Mira Road, is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our housing society and institutional client base. You will visit societies, build relationships with committees, structural auditors, and PMCs, and manage the sales pipeline from first inspection to signed contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Visit 10-15 housing societies weekly for site inspections and follow-ups

• Build and maintain relationships with society secretaries, chairmen, and structural auditors/PMCs

• Convert free inspections into formal quotations and signed work orders

• Maintain a weekly pipeline tracker and report progress every week

• Coordinate with the office for quotation preparation and follow-up on RA bill approvals

• Represent the company at society AGMs and local federation events when needed.

What we offer:

• Fixed salary ₹25000-30000/month + incentive (0.5–1% of signed contract value, paid on first billing)

• Full-time role with growth into a senior BD/sales lead position as the company scales

• Training on structural repair basics provided — you don’t need to be a civil expert on day one

Location: Mira Road (E), with travel across Mumbai/Thane region.
