Job Description
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch schedules and delivery routes.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per company requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams.
Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and shipment documents.
Verify dispatched quantities and ensure accuracy of orders.
Communicate with drivers, transporters, and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
Handle customer inquiries related to dispatch and deliveries.
Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize transportation efficiency.
