Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-focused professional who can build strong relationships with existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and represent our brand professionally in the wholesale garment market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMarketingPromote the company's products and brand in the market.
- Visit dealers, distributors, and wholesalers regularly.
- Generate new customer leads and convert them into business.
- Follow up on inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
- Customer RelationshipMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely communication regarding orders, dispatch, and payments.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain complete customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- CoordinationCoordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and management.
- Ensure smooth order processing from booking to delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM.
- Professional personality with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the garment or textile industry will be an added advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)New customers acquired.
