Relationship Manager

Stellar Consultancy is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Relationship Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with students to understand their academic requirements and concerns.

* Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and messages.

* Ensure timely support and follow-up regarding assignments, deadlines, and academic progress.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and clients.

* Handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate guidance.

* Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

* Prior experience in customer service, student counseling, relationship management, or a similar role will be preferred.
