Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administrators are responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to maintain efficient office operations. Typical responsibilities include:

 

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain office calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff .
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; order supplies as needed; ensure proper maintenance of office facilities .
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, organize documents, and ensure accuracy and accessibility of records.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Support to Staff and Management: Assist department managers with drafting correspondence, preparing reports, presentations, and compiling data .
  • Human Resources Assistance: Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating staff training .
  • Event Coordination: Organize office events, staff meetings, and social gatherings, including logistics, catering, and setup .
  • Staff ATTENDENCE : managing or creating staff attendance in Excel, the core duties typically found in the job description.
  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately logging daily check-in/check-out times, leaves, and remote working days.
