Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management· Manage outlet operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
· Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.
· Monitor opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
· Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency as per brand standards.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Management· Supervise, guide, and motivate team members during shifts.
· Allocate duties and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
· Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily sales targets and operational priorities.
· Train new employees on company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
· Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Sales & Customer Service· Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
· Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions when required.
· Ensure timely order preparation and service delivery.
Inventory & Stock Control· Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of all products and supplies.
· Conduct daily stock checks and report shortages or variances.
· Ensure proper storage and rotation of inventory following FIFO/FEFO principles.
· Minimize wastage and control food costs.
Cash & Financial Control· Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations during shifts.
· Verify cash collections and prepare shift closing reports.
· Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
· Monitor discounts, voids, and promotional offers to prevent misuse.
Food Safety & Hygiene· Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet, equipment, and storage areas.
· Ensure staff follow personal hygiene and grooming standards.
· Conduct regular hygiene and safety checks.
Reporting & Administration· Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
· Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to the Store Manager.
· Assist in achieving outlet KPIs including sales, food cost, labor cost, customer satisfaction, and audit scores.
