Position OverviewZero Carbon is looking for a responsible and reliable Company Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for company personnel, materials, and documents while ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & TransportationSafely transport company employees, management, and visitors as required.
• Deliver and collect company documents, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per assigned schedules.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Vehicle MaintenanceConduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Monitor fuel levels, servicing schedules, insurance, PUC, and vehicle documentation.
• Report any vehicle defects, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Documentation & RecordsMaintain daily vehicle logbooks and trip records.
• Keep records of fuel expenses, toll charges, parking receipts, and vehicle servicing.
• Submit vehicle-related reports as required by the Administration Department.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure safe driving practices at all times.
• Maintain valid driving licenses and required permits.
• Handle company vehicles responsibly and securely.
• Required SkillsExcellent driving skills with a strong safety record.
• Knowledge of local routes and navigation.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• QualificationMinimum 10th Pass.
• Valid LMV Driving License (Commercial License preferred).
• Experience3–5 years of experience as a Company Driver or Personal Driver.
• Experience driving within city and outstation routes.
• Reporting ToAdministration Department / Management
