Job Description
Review and process insurance claims submitted through internal platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Verify claim details against policy terms, including coverage limits, exclusions, and deductibles.
Liaise with claimants, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
Assess claim eligibility and calculate payouts in accordance with policy terms and applicable regulations.
