Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our dynamic NBFC, focused on providing payday loans. The ideal candidate must have expertise in loan documentation verification, customer due diligence and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed audits of customer loan applications to ensure authenticity of documents and adherence to internal policies.
  • Verify KYC, income proofs, bank statements and other supporting documents.
  • Identify potential fraud, discrepancies or red flags in applications.
  • Evaluate compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations related to small-ticket personal lending.
  • Recommend process improvements for enhanced control and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the risk and operations teams for periodic assessments.


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of payday loan processes and digital lending norms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and investigative skills.
  • Familiarity with audit tools, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
