Job Description
- Call and follow up with new leads to generate business and convert inquiries into customers.
- Assist customers with garment pick-up and drop-off services.
- Weigh clothes accurately and record the weight (in kilograms) for billing.
- Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care requirements before processing.
- Sort, tag, and label garments to ensure accurate tracking throughout the cleaning process.
- Maintain daily operational records, order logs, and reporting sheets.
- Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely processing and delivery of garments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Manage billing, cash collection, and order documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory of packaging materials, detergents, and other store supplies.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and garment quality are maintained.
