Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant position with the reputed company based in Vikhroli.


Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Assist in passing journal entries and voucher entries.
  • Support in maintaining purchase, sales, and expense records.
  • Help in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.

2. Excel & Data Management

  • Prepare MIS reports using Excel.
  • Maintain data sheets for expenses, payments, and receivables.
  • Use formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.


4. Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals.
  • Follow up with vendors/customers for required documents.
