We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning for real estate and construction projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementPrepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and financial controls.
- Taxation & ComplianceManage GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with applicable laws.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental communications.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations affecting the business.
- Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Establish and monitor internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Accounts & Finance OperationsOversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Review vendor payments and customer collections.
- Monitor project-wise costing and profitability.
- Verify contracts, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Real Estate & Construction FinanceMonitor project budgets and cost control measures.
- Track project cash flow and fund utilization.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects.
- Support management in investment and funding decisions.
- Banking & TreasuryManage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Coordinate loan documentation and compliance.
- Monitor debt servicing schedules.
- Handle fund raising and financial planning activities.
