We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning for real estate and construction projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementPrepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and financial controls.
• Taxation & ComplianceManage GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with applicable laws.
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental communications.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations affecting the business.
• Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Establish and monitor internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Accounts & Finance OperationsOversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Review vendor payments and customer collections.
• Monitor project-wise costing and profitability.
• Verify contracts, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Real Estate & Construction FinanceMonitor project budgets and cost control measures.
• Track project cash flow and fund utilization.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects.
• Support management in investment and funding decisions.
• Banking & TreasuryManage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
• Coordinate loan documentation and compliance.
• Monitor debt servicing schedules.
• Handle fund raising and financial planning activities.
