Reports To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
- Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, phone calls, referrals, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback and referrals.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, offers, and competitor products.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in automobile sales, showroom sales, retail sales, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is an advantage.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Knowledge of local languages is preferred.
