The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on marketing professional to help us build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a strategic-meets-tactical role: you'll shape how we tell our story and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

You'll work directly with the founders to refine positioning, build out a scalable content and growth engine, and generate qualified pipeline from a clearly defined ICP.

• What You'll DoRefine our brand positioning and marketing narrative for PE, M&A advisory, and corporate development audiences
• Develop and execute a scalable content strategy (sector reports, thought leadership, LinkedIn content, newsletters)
• Set up marketing automation, including LinkedIn outreach workflows, email sequences, and CRM integration
• Build and run lead generation campaigns targeting our ICP across geographies
• Track, measure, and iterate on what works — own the funnel metrics end to end
• Collaborate with the product and founding team to align messaging with platform capabilities
• What We're Looking ForProven experience as a growth marketer, marketing consultant, or B2B SaaS marketer
• Strong written communication in English — you can write copy that resonates with sophisticated finance audiences
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, or similar) and LinkedIn-led outbound
• Comfort with both strategy and execution — you can build the plan and ship the work
• Domain experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, private equity, investment banking, or data platforms is a strong plus
• Self-starter mindset suited to a remote, async, founder-led environment
