ProKitchen Pvt Ltd is a premium homeware brand based in Gurugram, operating two dynamic verticals.

This role is the operational backbone of ProKitchen's online sales engine — a high-impact blend of warehouse precision and digital agility. You will own end-to-end order fulfilment, manage marketplace listings, coordinate logistics, and ensure every single customer order is executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities

▶  Packing, Handling & Dispatch

▸  Pick, inspect, pack and dispatch orders with precision — zero damage, zero errors

▸  Use appropriate packing materials; handle fragile items (glassware, ceramics) per SOP

▸  Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickups

▸  Maintain a daily dispatch tracker — SKU, quantity, order ID, courier AWB, delivery status

▶  E-Commerce Platform Management

▸  Upload & update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, website, IndiaMART, and other portals

▸  Ensure product titles, images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and always current

▸  Monitor live stock levels across platforms; flag low-inventory proactively to the team

▸  Process returns, replacements, and customer escalations via platform seller panels

▶  Data Management & Excel Reporting

▸  Prepare weekly summaries — orders dispatched, return %, pending orders, platform-wise split

▸  Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and filters to reconcile orders vs. inventory vs. payments

▶  Coordination & Communication

▸  Coordinate with the Sales/BD team for B2B/bulk order processing requirements

▸  Communicate with courier partners and suppliers via email and WhatsApp

▸  Support catalogue updates, product photography coordination, and content uploads

Who We Are Looking For

✅  Must-Have

▸  Strong packing & handling skills — especially for premium / fragile products

▸  Proficient in MS Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas & data entry

▸  Computer literate: Email, MS Office, e-commerce portals, basic internet tools

▸  Keen eye for detail — accurate packing, correct labelling, no shortcuts, ever

▸  Reliable, punctual, self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision

✨  Good to Have

▸  Prior experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho seller portals)

▸  Familiarity with inventory management or WMS software

▸  Basic understanding of GST invoicing, e-way bills, and shipping documentation

▸  Interest in homeware, kitchenware, or premium lifestyle product categories

Eligibility

▸  Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred

▸  Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong Excel & computer skills are welcome to apply)

▸  Language: Hindi — fluent; Basic English for email communication

▸  Gender: Open to All | Location: Must be able to commute to Gurugram
