Job Description
Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled field enginner for CCTV/ Access Control to handle the installation and maintenance of security systems, IT equipment, and networking infrastructure. This role requires travel for on-site maintenance and client support while maintaining excellent service standards and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install security systems Like CCTV/ Access Control and Alarm System and cofigure network switches and Wireless System on-site.
- Travel to client locations for maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with high standards of reliability, integrity, and professionalism.
- Travel for on-site work as it's a field job.
