Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify faults, leaks, or blockages.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and other trades as required.
- Keep work areas clean and ensure safe handling of tools and equipment.
