Hiring – Customer Service | Sales | Collections (International Process)
📍 Location: Thane, Airoli, Vashi
💰 Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹40,000 CTC + Up to ₹30,000 Incentives
🌍 Process: International Voice Process
🌙 Shift: Night Shift
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working
🎯 Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
WORK FROM HOME AFTER 2 MONTHS
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service experience.
Assist customers with account-related concerns and issue resolution.
Promote and upsell relevant products and services to customers.
Follow up with customers for payments and collections while maintaining professionalism.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet quality, productivity, sales, and collection targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Customer service, sales, or collections experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
