E-Commerce Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to handle and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate will be responsible for managing seller accounts, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, order processing, customer issues, and marketplace performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Manage product pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Handle returns, replacements, refunds, and customer complaints.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account-related issues.
• Manage advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
• Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain catalog quality, product content, images, and specifications.
• Track competitor pricing and market trends.
• Work with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Ensure timely execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

Required Skills

• Experience in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace portals.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Formulas).
• Understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace policies.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-Time
• Monday to Saturday
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
