Telecaller

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, handling customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
• Follow up with customers to maintain engagement.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for customer requirements.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
