E-Commerce Executive

Ltd. is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in selling products across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and other domestic and international platforms. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team and help drive our online business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, optimize, and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and backend attributes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to prevent overselling or stock-outs.
• Process and manage daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Handle marketplace account health and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the graphics, catalog, and operations teams for product launches and listing improvements.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Work on SEO optimization for marketplace listings to improve visibility and conversions.
• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related challenges.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns during sales events.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Practical experience with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience with marketplace tools, listing software, or inventory management systems.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising is an advantage.
