Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in purchasing a two-wheeler.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Explain certified used bike offerings, finance options, insurance, and exchange services.
Qualify customer requirements and schedule showroom visits or test rides.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the showroom and field sales teams for smooth customer handovers.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
