Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our Retail Finance Collections team. The role involves recovering overdue loan amounts, visiting customers in the field, maintaining customer records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to recover overdue loan amounts.
• Visit customers in the field and negotiate settlements.
• Handle repossession or surrender of vehicles for delinquent loan accounts.
• Update customer interactions, visit details, and contact information in the Collection App.
• Ensure timely deposit of collections within the prescribed TAT.
• Coordinate with the sales team and dealerships to improve recovery performance.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Maintain compliance with collection policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Share regular updates and collection progress with the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate
• Age: 18 years and above
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Collections, or Field Sales is preferred.
• DRA Certification will be an added advantage.
