Hum apne upcoming cafe The Dosa Kadai ke liye experienced aur passionate South Indian / Chinese / Fast Food Chef ya Cook ki talash mein hain.
- Kaam ki zimmedari: Food preparation aur quality maintain karna.
- Menu development aur recipe standardization mein help karna.
- Kitchen hygiene aur discipline maintain karna.
- SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) establish karne mein help karna taaki har baar same taste aur quality maintain ho.
Preferred Experience:🔸 South Indian: Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Chutney, Filter Coffee
🔸 Chinese: Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Momos, Soups, Starters
🔸 Fast Food: Burger, Sandwich, Pasta, Pizza, Fries, Wraps
Menu, dishes aur final taste profile owner aur chef milkar decide karenge. Candidate se recipe development aur kitchen SOP establish karne mein active participation ki expectation rahegi.
✅ Restaurant/Cafe experience preferred
