Job Description
- Maintain optimal stock levels through daily and weekly physical verification using Tally, MS Excel, or manual inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate and real-time inventory records.
- Coordinate closely with Purchase and Production teams for timely replenishment and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical inventory items to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Ensure storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods strictly comply with FAMI-QS and ISO 22000 standards to maintain product safety and integrity.
- Execute daily store operations as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement proper storage practices including systematic stacking, clear labeling, batch segregation, and safe material handling.
- Conduct daily monitoring of storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, pest control, moisture control) to prevent quality deterioration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment at all times.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Intimation Notes for all incoming materials.
- Ensure complete traceability documentation for inward and outward materials.
- Maintain accurate, updated, and audit-ready inventory and storage records.
- Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
