As we scale our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented *Export Manager* to spearhead our international business division and build a world-class export organization from our headquarters in Vadodara.

Position Overview: The Export Manager will be responsible for driving international revenue growth, establishing a robust distribution network, and penetrating new markets across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia (SE Asia).

The ideal candidate will possess deep IVD industry expertise, a strong pre-existing network of international distributors/OEM partners, and the leadership acumen to build a high-performing internal export division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Market Expansion & Network Building: Capitalize on existing networks to identify, evaluate, and appoint resident distributor networks and secure strategic OEM partnerships in target regions (Africa, Middle East, SE Asia).

2.Organizational Leadership: Structure, hire, and mentor a brand-new, professional export wing at Reckon, including *Inside Sales* and *Export Research* teams. 3.Compliance & Documentation: Oversee all international trade compliance, legalities, regulatory requirements, and comprehensive export documentation specific to the IVD sector in target countries.

4.Global Brand Presence: Identify, plan, and represent Reckon Diagnostics at select international trade fairs, medical expos, and industry events to boost brand visibility and drive high-quality lead generation.

5.Strategic Planning: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable sales pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1.Industry Experience: Mandatory 5+ years of export experience strictly within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.

Candidates from non-IVD/non-medical device backgrounds will not be considered.

2.Geographic Expertise: Proven track record of managing and expanding business in Africa, Middle East, and SE Asia.

3.Network: An established, active network of international IVD distributors and OEM clients.

4.Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of international logistics, letters of credit (LC), customs regulations, and IVD-specific product registrations abroad. 5.Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, structuring, or leading cross-functional export teams (sales, research, or operations).
