Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive – PNB Life Insurance (Renewal Process)
Process: Punjab National Bank (Life Insurance Renewal)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to existing customers for life insurance policy renewals.
Explain policy benefits, premium details, and renewal procedures.
Follow up with customers for premium payments and policy continuation.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update call dispositions in the system.
Achieve daily calling and renewal targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Minimum A fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or insurance process preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Skills Required:
Customer handling and convincing skills.
Good listening and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives
Location: New Delhi
